Welcome to SCrebates.com, the online portal of the South Carolina’s Rebate Program. This program is funded by the National Oilheat Research Alliance (NORA) and aims to help heating oil companies upgrade their customers to new, higher efficiency heating oil equipment. Funds are limited for this program and rebates will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
The process is easy! To receive your rebate reimbursement, all you need to do is fill out the form below, upload the proof of work such as an invoice, upload your W-9 if you haven’t already submitted a rebate before and submit. The rebate will be processed and NORA will send your reimbursement check in just a few weeks.
